4 soldiers were charged in the framework of the criminal case initiated by the Investigative Committee of the RA on the fact of the murder of soldier of the N military unite of Yerevan Haykaz Babayan. Based on the combination of the obtained evidences, soldiers of the same unite Vache Sahakyan, Movses Azarayan, Gnel Tevosyan and Norik Sahakyan were charged under the requirements of Article 104 Part 2 Points 7 and 10 (Murder committed by a group of persons out of hooliganism).
