The Investigation Committee of the RA had informed that comsidering the obtained evidence is sufficient reason to identify the fact that the offense was committed by the Russian soldier Valerie Permyakove, who served at the Russian 102nd military base, Division N, by the a decision of 14 January, 2015, was involve as a defendant under the requirements of Part 2, Point 1 of Article 104 of the RA Criminal Code.
Article 104 provides punishment for murder, Part 2, Point 1provides that murder of 2 or more persons is punished with 12-20 years of imprisonment or for life-term.
