War letter. This is how the President of the Chamber of Advocates Ara Zohrabyan conditionally calls his first writing of 7 October 2013 addressed to the former Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan. The Government was willing to amend two laws setting state fees. The community of advocates was categorically against it, and the Chamber of Advocates with its newly-elected president declared “war” against it.
For this activity the RA Chamber of Advocates was granted the anti-corruption award “Civil Society Organization of the Year” on 9 December.
