Today Shant Harutyunyan`s, Vardan Vardanyan`s and juvenile Shahen Harutyunyan`s advocate Inessa Petrosyan appealed to the Court of Appeals on the case of “Shant Harutyunyan and friends”.
“We found that the first judicial act is unlawful, a justifying verdict should have been made, I request to overturn the decision”, said the advocate to Iravaban.net.
Let us remind that the verdict on the case of “Shant Harutyunyan and friends” was announced on 17 October. According to it Shant Harutyunyan was recognized guilty on hooliganism. He was convicted to 6-year imprisonment. The same article was applied to Shahen Harutyunyan who was convicted to 4-year imprisonment, and Vardan Vardnayan – to 5-year imprisonment.
