Inessa Petrosyan, lawyer of Shant Harutyunyan, Vardan Vardanyan and juvenile Shahen Harutyunyan on the case “Shant Harutyunyan and friends” yesterday received the court ruling of the First Instance Court of General Jurisidction of Kentron and Nork-Marash Communities. Mrs Petrosyan informed that the Court made an unacceptable judicial act. “The decisions was hasty, very unexpected, the court stayed for 1 and a half hour in the consulting room, while we got a 133-page ruling, it was already obvious that it was a dictated judicial act”.
The lawyer also informed Iravaban.net that in the given periods she will apply to the Court of Appeals. “We`ll ask the Criminal Court of Appeals to make a decision of justification”, said Inessa Petrosyan.
