Lori marz Investigation department of the RA Investigation Committee has completed the preliminary investigation of the criminal case on violation of the rules of protection and maintenance of the subsoil massive.

According to evidence obtained during the pre-trial proceeding, B.Budaghyan, the Head of the Armenian Branch Section of “Blesk” LLC, in the period between the beginning of 2014 till 4 August violated the requirements of Part 1 of Article 20 or the RA Law on Subsoil and without the authorization of the Authorized body, during the modernization activities of Gogavan custom house, had dug out around 7180 cubic meters of subsoil massive from the field near the western part of Mikhaylovka village of Lori marz and transported to the administrative location of “Gogavan” custom house.
