RA President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Robert Papoyan as judge of the First Instance Court of general jurisdiction of Malatia-Sebastia Community in Yerevan.
The decree, in particular, mentions:
“Based on Paragraph 11 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the RA and on the recommendation of the Council of Justice of 19 September, I decide to appoint Robert Papoyan as judge of the Court of First Instance of Malatia-Sebastia Community in Yerevan, terminating his powers as judge of the first instance court of general jurisdiction in RA Ararat and Vayots Dzor regions.”
