According to the 124.3 Article of the RA code on Administrative Offences:
“Drivers` defying of traffic lights or the prohibition signals of the regulator results in a fine in the amount of twentyfold of defined minimum salary – an amount of 20.000 AMD.
Drivers` defying of traffic lights or the prohibition signals of the regulator, if committed by outstripping transport means observing traffic lights and regulator`s prohibition signals, will be fined in the amount of fiftyfold of the minimum salary – amount of 50.000 AMD”.
