President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on appointing Grigor Hovhannisyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the United States of Mexico.
The decree of the President of the RA reads: “Led by Paragraph 8 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, I decide:
To appoint Grigor Hovhannisyan Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia in the United States of Mexico, and in the Republic of Cuba (the seat in Mexico City).”
