The examination of the application presented by the Central department of the RA Police against the civil activist, Suren Sahakyan continues in the Administrative Court. It is worth to mention that the civil activist was a participant of a sitting strike in front of the Mayor’s Office. The police applied to the Administrative Court to fine Suren Sahakyan for 50000 AMD. The representative of the applicant, senior legal adviser of the Central Department of the Police, Sona Melikyan mentioned that they fully insist the presented application.
The defendant objected: they don’t accept the presented application. The representative of the defendant, Tigran Safaryan made a solicitation suggesting to unite all 7 applications against Suren Sahakyan and to examine in one proceeding.
