The Constitutional Court today started the court trial of the applications of 36 deputies of the National Assembly on the constitutionality of articles 5, 7, 8, 37, 38, 45, 49 and 86 of the RA Law of Accumulative Pensions which started on Mach 28.
Today the Constitutional Court will hear the representatives of the Government and the Central Bank and the concluding speeches of the sides. Further the Court will leave to the deliberation room to take a decision on the case. It is worth to mention that Artem Asatryan, the Minister of Labor and Social Issues was present during the trial instead of the representative appointed by the RA Government, Smbat Sainyan, First Deputy Head of State Service of Social Insurance of the Ministry of Labor and Social Issues.
