The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, declared 24 March a Day of Nationwide Mourning in connection with the terrorist attack at the “Crocus City Hall” concert hall. In his address, the President of the Russian Federation stated that all the perpetrators and masterminds of terrorist attack will be inevitably punished.

The number of people killed as a result of the terrorist attack at the “Crocus City Hall” concert hall in Moscow has reached 115.

Alexander Bortnikov, director of the Federal Security Service (FSB), reported to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin about the arrest of 11 people suspected of the terrorist attack in Moscow.
