The statement of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that on 12 February, between 20:50 and 23:40, the units of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia allegedly opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the northeastern part of the border zone, does not correspond to reality.

As we have already reported, on 13 February, starting at 05:30, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces opened fire from small firearms in the direction of the Armenian positions located in the Nerkin Hund sector

As a result of the fire of the Azerbaijani armed forces, the Armenian side, according to preliminary data, has 2 dead and wounded.

The Ministry of Defense will make an additional statement.
