The drivers of minibus- N114 have been kept in the police department about 9 hours without any reason.
A few months ago a woman had fallen from the minibus and damaged herself. The minibus drivers were called to traffic police, interrogated and then released.
Human Rights Defender’s Office reports, the minibus drivers and the dispatcher were arrested and kept in Arabkir police department without reason.
As Human Rights Defenders Office reports, employees of Rapid Response group met with the head of “Arabkir” criminal department and found out, that the drivers were kept in the police department without any reason, were not registered in the record book of detainees, were not been given any procedural status. In addition they were not familiarized with their rights and responsibilities.
