Russian peacekeepers have installed ten observation posts in Artsakh, five of them jointly with Azerbaijan, to ensure safe traffic along the roads: the bulletin of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation informs.
“To ensure the safety of traffic along the roads, ten observation posts have been established, including five in cooperation with the Azerbaijani side. The works to restore electricity and gas supply to the settlements of Karabakh (occupied Artsakh: group) are continuing with participation of Russian peacekeepers,” the message says.
It is clarified that since 19 September, the Russian peacekeeping troops have closed eight observation posts in Askeran, Martakert, Martuni and Shushi regions.
