The son and mother-in-law of the founder of the groups “Gorky Park” and “Flowers” Stas Namin, the grandson of Anastas Mikoyan, former deputy prime minister of the USSR, member of the Politburo of the Central Committee of the CPSU, were found murdered in the Moscow region. Cinematographer Artyom Mikoyan and Stas Namin’s mother-in-law, Praskovya Tkachenko, were found with multiple stab wounds in their cottage in the village of Kryukovo in the Istrinsky district of the Moscow region.
According to preliminary data, 85-year-old Praskovya Tkachenko and 30-year-old Artyom were killed around 9 pm on 18 October. The woman died from a stab in the chest, while Artem was struck several times with a knife.
Their relative was detained on suspicion of murder.
