“In our opinion, the norms of humanitarian law should be applied to detained persons in any situation. We have repeatedly called on our partners to complete the exchange of prisoners on the basis of “all for all” in bilateral and trilateral formats. Now, in our opinion, very good conditions have been created,” Zakharova said at the briefing. She added that Moscow hopes that this issue will be successfully resolved.
