The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan about the fact that on 3 September, around 6:10 p.m., the Defense Forces carried out fortification works in the region of Askeran, which was allegedly prevented as a result of the actions of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, is another misinformation.
