The RA Investigative Committee continues to exercise strict control over employees’ proper performance of their official duties, maintenance of work discipline, and intolerance towards allowed gross violations.

The Investigative Committee reported.

The Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee, Argishti Kyaramyan, requested the Disciplinary Committee of the RA Investigative Committee to impose a disciplinary penalty “dismissal” on the investigator, who holds an autonomous position in the territorial division of the RA Investigation Committee.

The study proved that the latter, in several criminal proceedings, without a legitimate purpose, did not perform the necessary investigative and procedural actions for a long time, showing inactivity, which regularly and grossly violated the relevant requirements of the RA Criminal Procedure Code.

Taking into account the nature of the violations committed by the official, the Disciplinary Commission approved the petition.

By the order of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee, the mentioned person was dismissed from his position.
