Based on the combination of sufficient evidence obtained in the criminal case examined by the RA Anti-Corruption Committee, it was proved that A.G., with the help of his deputy and other persons, through embezzlement and official forgery, embezzled particularly large amounts – more than 17 million AMD, as well as caused more than 1 million AMD damage to the Yerevan community as a result of the exceeding of the official powers.
