“Due to the intervention of Azerbaijan, the disruption of the gas pipeline from Armenia to Artsakh has caused almost unsolvable problems.
Many problems are unsolvable, because before that Azerbaijan had damaged the only power line from RA to Artsakh, and the internal resources of Artsakh do not provide the opportunity to provide all of Artsakh with round-the-clock electricity.
If in the presence of gas supply, outages occurred for 4 hours during the day, caurrently, in the absence of gas, the amount of electricity provided to the population will be significantly reduced.
Even if the operation of the gas pipeline is restored, but the power line is not, in that case, the amount of electricity provided to the population will gradually decrease, but not with the dynamics that is noticeable in the absence of gas.
Well, imagine the situation of the people of Artsakh, from the inhuman condition of not heating the apartments, the restriction of movement opportunities as well as the nearly completed standstill of Artsakh’s economy, with all its possible severe consequences.
Due to the crisis of gas, gasoline and other fuels in Artsakh, the movement of cars and various vehicles has stopped.
It is a very difficult situation for emergency services, fire service and other important services.
When we add to all this the food, medicine and other problems, the catastrophic situation becomes complete.
There are a large number of other problems that have arisen as a result, but are not visible from the outside, from thousands of job losses to serious psychological problems.
Without serious pressure on Azerbaijan, this problem will either not be solved or it will be solved if Azerbaijan’s preconditions are met.
Despite the increase in certain pressure from international actors, the problem has not yet been resolved, which means that this pressure still does not give sufficient results,” he noted.
