Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan signed a number of decrees on 16 January.
According to the decrees:
Major-General Ashot Hakobjanyan was relieved of his post as the Director of the Artsakh National Security Service and was relieved from the service in the National Security bodies in connection with the retirement for long-term service.
Major-General Ararat Melkumyan was appointed the Director of the Artsakh National Security Service, having been relieved of the post of Secretary of the Artsakh Security Council.
