It is stated that the citizen was not injured, only the equipment was damaged.
Based on this fact, the command of the Russian Peacekeeping Military Group is clarifying with the Azerbaijani side.
Negotiations regarding the closure of the Goris-Stepanakert highway continue with the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides.
