The issue of the status of Nagorno-Karabakh is a problem that should be left to the next generations, when the conditions for a fair solution acceptable to all are created for the solution of this issue. Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin told journalists today.
“The entire settlement package should be the result of agreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” he said.
Kopirkin also announced that Russia justifies itself as an ally of Armenia. “Russia maintains its military presence here. This is a key security factor and prevents further escalation,” the Ambassador noted.
