In the near future, an extraordinary meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council is planned in video format; the leaders of the member states of the organization will discuss the draft decision on joint measures to provide assistance to Armenia.

Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, announced at a briefing.

“An extraordinary meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council will be held soon. During the meeting, the leaders of the member states will discuss the results of the work of the CSTO mission in Armenia through a video conference and discuss proposals for joint measures to provide assistance to Yerevan, including the draft decision of the CSTO Collective Security Council on joint measures to provide assistance to the Republic of Armenia,” she said.
