Russian President Vladimir Putin has invited all leaders of the CIS countries to an informal meeting, which he proposed to hold at the end of the year in St. Petersburg.
“We are grateful for the support of the Russian initiative to declare St. Petersburg the cultural capital in 2023. My colleagues and I have already discussed whether an informal meeting can be organized in the future cultural capital on the threshold of 2023. I cordially invite you all,” Putin said during his speech at the summit of CIS leaders.
