CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas made a statement regarding the provocative actions carried out by Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The statement specifically states: “The CSTO Secretariat is worried about the armed clashes that took place in Nagorno-Karabakh, which resulted in human casualties. We express our deepest condolences to the relatives and friends of the fallen servicemen. We call on the parties to the conflict to refrain from the use of force and to use only diplomatic means in order to overcome existing differences.”
