Artsakh InfoCenter  reported that on 28 March, no significant ceasefire violations were recorded throughout the day, and the operational-tactical situation continues to be tense.

Azerbaijani troops continue to remain in that part of Karaglukh, which is located in the area near Parukh, where they have a stronghold, no positional changes were recorded during the day.

The Artsakh Armed Forces have taken additional preventive and deterrent measures, especially in the direction of Karaglukh.

In parallel, work continues with the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in order to return the Azerbaijani side to its original positions.

It should be reminded that on 24 March, Azerbaijan, in gross violation of the provisions of the trilateral statement of the leaders of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia, invaded the Parukh community of the Askeran region of Artsakh and advanced to the Karagalukh section with a dominant position. The Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Azeris had retreated, but the Armenian Foreign Ministry stated on Monday that the enemy remained in the same area.
