Turkey would like to hold meetings to normalize relations with Armenia in Ankara and Yerevan: Çavuşoğlu 

The Turkish authorities would like to organize meetings of special representatives for the normalization of relations with Armenia in Ankara and Yerevan, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said in an interview with TRT Haber TV channel. Vestik Kavkaza informed.

He recalled that the first such meeting was held in Moscow, the second is scheduled for February 24 in Vienna.

“We want to hold meetings in Ankara and Yerevan, but the Armenian side has chosen a third country. Nothing, the main thing is that the process is underway,” RIA Novosti quoted the diplomat as saying.

Çavuşoğlu  called on Yerevan “to use the chance and reconsider its positions.”
