The “Road Department” Fund informs that on 19 January, at 17:00, it is snowing in the regions of Talin, Ani, Artik, Akhuryan, Ashotsk, Hrazdan, Sevan, Sisian, and in the bends of Stepanavan.
- There is a snowstorm in Kuchak-Nigavan, Rya Taza-Jamshlu, Alagyaz-Tsaghkahovit road sections and in the upper part of Spitak bends.
- It is icy in places in the bends of Stepanavan.
Vardenyats mountain pass is passable for all types of vehicles, and difficult for heavy vehicles.
Drivers of heavy-vehicles and trailers are advised to use tire chains.
- Road builders are cleaning the roads and working with salt and sand.
