Samvel Mayrapetyan’s accusation has been supplemented again within the framework of the criminal case being investigated by the RA Special Investigation Service. On the basis of a combination of sufficient evidence obtained in the criminal case, Samvel Mayrapetyan was also involved as an accused for committing the criminal acts provided for in Article 205, and Article 38-205, Part 2 of the RA Criminal Code. As a result, by entering obviously false data in the calculations submitted to the tax body, the amount of 23,054,522,502 AMD, was not paid by S. Mayrapetyan either personally or through his organizing, due to which the fines calculated amount to 12,622,351,070 AMD.
