The Mayor of Kajaran, member of the “Armenia” Alliance Manvel Paramazyan was released. He left the “Hospital of Convicts”, and was greeted with applause.
It should be reminded that he was charged with Article 38-178 (supporting and abetting fraud), Article 311 (receiving bribe) and Article 154.2 (bribery, bribery of voters, violation of the prohibition of charity during elections, obstructing the exercise of the voter’s free will) of the RA Criminal Code.
Paramazyan denies the accusation.
