On the instruction of the RA Human Rights Defender, the staff representatives visited “Vardashen” penitentiary institution on the issue of the rights of Mamikon Aslanyan, former Mayor of Vanadzor, elected member of Vanadzor Council of Elders.
A private conversation will be held with M.Aslanyan, the necessary documents and the status of his rights will be studied.
Necessary measures will be taken as a result.
