5 out of 10 prisoners returned to Armenia have been arrested; a motion to detain them has been submitted. The press secretary of the Investigative Committee Vardan Tadevosyan informed in a conversation with Iravaban.net.
According to him, court hearings are underway at the moment; additional information will be provided in the future.
The returned captives are charged with Article 365, Part 3 of the Criminal Code, for violating the rules of combat duty or military service, which caused grave consequences.
