The Russian Defense Ministry confirmed the fact that a civilian resident of Martakert was killed by Azeris yesterday.
“On 9 October, a civilian resident of Mataghis village was fatally wounded by an Azerbaijani shooting during agricultural work near the line of contact in the Martakert region. The incident is being investigated under the command of the Russian military group with the involvement of representatives of both sides,” the bulletin reads.
It should be reminded that on 9 October, at 1:15 pm, the Martakert Regional Police Department received a report that Aram Tepnants (born in 1966), a resident of Martakert, was fatally wounded by a sniper in the pomegranate orchard near the city of Martakert.
