The RA Ministry of Defense informs.

On 28 July, at around 3:40 am, the units of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces once again resorted to provocation, violating the ceasefire in the north-eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.

Local battles are taking place.

The entire responsibility for the aggravation of the situation falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan.
