As we reported earlier, by the 12 June decision of the Government, Hayk Grigoryan was relieved of the post of Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee, and by another decision, Argishti Kyaramyan was appointed Chairman of the Committee.

He was born on 22 May, 1991 in the village of Yeranos of Gegharkunik province.
From 2009 to 2011 he served in the RA Armed Forces.
In 2013 he graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law receiving a bachelor’s degree in Law.
In 2015 he graduated from the RA Academy of Justice, a professional training course for persons included in the list of candidates for prosecutor.
In 2016 he graduated from Yerevan State University, Faculty of Law, Master’s Degree receiving a master’s degree in Law.
From 2013 to 2014 he served in the RA Police then worked in an investigative division of the RA Investigative Committee as an investigator.
From June 1, 2016 to June 6, 2018 he worked in the RA Prosecutor’s Office as a prosecutor in Prosecutor’s Office of Shirak province, then in the Prosecutor’s Office of Yerevan City.
From June 8, 2018 to February 26, 2019 he worked in the RA State Revenue Committee holding the positions of the Head of the Department of Detection of Violations and Implementation of Administrative Proceedings, Head of the Investigation Department, Deputy Head of Investigation and Operative-Intelligence Department.
From March 1, 2019 to May 4, 2020 he worked in the RA State Control Service as an Assistant of the Head, Deputy Head, person carrying out duties of the Head of the Service.
On May 4, 2020, by the decision of the RA Prime Minister, he was appointed the Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
On May 5, 2020 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia he was appointed Deputy Director of the RA National Security Service.
On June 8, 2020 by the decree of the President of the Republic of Armenia he was appointed the Director of the RA National Security Service.
On December 24, 2020 he was appointed Deputy Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee.
He is married and has three children.
