When is the Grant Contract abolished?

The grantor has the right to annul the gift contract, in case when the recipient had trespassed against his life or the life of a family member or relatives of the grantor or caused an intentional body injury to the grantor.

 

In case when the recipient commits a willful murder of the grantor, the grantor’s heirs may apply to the court with request to annul the contract of gift.

 

The grantor has the right to claim back the gift judicially if the recipient’s treatment over the gift includes threat upon the property may cause damage or irreparable loss of the property which has a considerable non property value.

 

In case when the contract of gift is annulled the recipient shall return the gift (property) of the grantor if it was kept in-kind from the moment when the gift contract was abolished.
