Armen Charchyan, the head of “Izmirlian” medical center, the deputy candidate of “Hayastan” Alliance, has been charged.
He is accused on the basis of a combination of sufficient evidence obtained in the criminal case under investigation by the RA Special Investigation Service on the fact of recording a video of him pressuring his employees during the pre-election stage of the special elections to the National Assembly, provided by Article 154.2, Part 4, Clause 2 to commit a publicly dangerous act, that is, to use official dependence to force one to vote for a party Alliance.
