Is reorganization of the Organization a Ground for termination of the Employment Contract?

Reorganization of the organization (merger, unification, division, separation, restructuring) as well as changes of the owner and its ownership right shall not be a ground for terminating the employment contract, if no reduction of staff and/or redundancy takes place.
