The second Pres ident of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan sent a mess age of condolences, which reads:

“I offer my condolences to Arkady Ter-Tad evosyan’s relatives, friends and comrades-in-arms. His role in the  formation of the Armenian army, and in our victories  in the Karabakh war is invaluable. It is our duty to preserve the mem ory of that famous man forever.”
