Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision on 22 March, which states:

“Pursuant to Article 10, Part 16, Article 16, Part 3 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Civil Service”, based on Points 147 and 151 of the Annex to the Decision N 1554-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of 27 December, 2018, and Armen Abrahamyan’s application:

1. To appoint Armen Babken Abrahamyan Head of the Military Security Department of the Military Security Department of the Security Council Bureau of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia (position code: 06-G25-30.1-Ղ3-1).
2. To establish the official salary of Armen Babken Abrahamyan in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Remuneration of Persons Holding Public Service Positions.”
