“The two recent explosions in Stepanakert were conditioned by demining work, which was previously announced by the SESS.

Therefore, I urge the population to remain calm, and the authorities will conduct an appropriate investigation to understand all the circumstances, and to prevent information risks due to gaps in proper awareness.”
