On 14 December, Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan was in Moscow. The Human Rights Defender had written about this on his Facebook page.
In response to Iravaban.net ‘s question during a press conference on 12 January, Tatoyan mentioned: “A meeting from my visit to Moscow was published at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I have had many important meetings with Russian state bodies, but it is not expedient to publish them. Let me say only one thing: the main purpose of my visit was the issues related to the captives. We have not published the details of the visit, please understand, but I assure that we are using all means.”
