Vayots Dzor Governor Ararat Grigoryan wrote on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots,

The borders of Vayots Dzor region are controllable and safe. There are no changes in the border areas.

The borders of the Republic of Armenia are protected and controlled by the relevant subdivisions of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

We urge the media not to cause unnecessary panic in the public, to refrain from disseminating manipulative information.”
