Last weekend, President Armen Sarkissian met with the representatives of the public, including political scientists, analysts, journalists, public and cultural figures.
The Public Relations Department of the Presidential Administration informed.
During the conversation, which lasted more than two hours, President Sarkissian and the participants of the meeting exchanged views on the situation in the country, the many difficulties faced – economic, domestic, moral, psychological, coronavirus, and opportunities to overcome the current crisis. The importance of maintaining stability in the country, the need for systemic establishment of state institutions and structures were emphasized. Reference was made especially to the intolerance prevailing on social networks, the dangerous abundance of false news and fake users, the inadmissibility of dividing the people, the polarization of the society.
The participants of the meeting asked many questions to the President of the Republic, as well as expressed their views on the situation in the country and the way out of it.
