“Dear compatriots!

Today, I visited the city of Martuni, accompanied by the Minister of Regional Development, and the Minister of Urban Development. I first got acquainted with the devastation caused by the war in the regional center, and gave relevant instructions on the spot to start the restoration and repair work as soon as possible.

I also convened an extended consultation with the participation of the community leaders and other officials. In my speech, I emphasized that first of all, the normal course of life should be restored, emphasizing the solution of all infrastructural problems.”
