The Armenian Embassy in Spain informs:

“On 21 October, the Parliament of Catalonia issued a statement calling for an end to hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh, condemning attacks on civilians by the Azerbaijani armed forces, and supporting constructive talks between the parties aimed at a peaceful settlement of the conflict, which should be based on the will of the majority of the people of Nagorno Karabakh.”
