The Armenian Embassy in the Ukraine posted a photo on its Facebook page of the Twitter post of the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov, which reads:
“Ukraine will not provide military assistance to any party to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict. And we have to look for the necessary pills all over the country in order to provide medical care to some of the very bright-minded deputies.”
Notably: Lyudmila Marchenko, deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Servant of the People party, said on Ukraine 24 TV that Kiyev was ready to provide military assistance to Azerbaijan on the background of escalation of the situation in Nagorno Karabakh.
