National Assembly Deputy Iveta Tonoyan informs:

“The RA Administrative Court has accepted the joint application of the “Prosperous Armenia”, ARF and “Hayrenik” parties, which dispute the legality of the mandatory requirement of the RA Commandant to the citizens to wear a mask.

I reaffirm that we will fight against illegal restrictions on the rights of individuals by all possible legal means.

We will provide additional information about the court hearings and their results.”
